For example, no words came to me with this creative inspiration, it was an image. So I drew the image. It is a pin-up of a writer thinking up her next story. I always loved pin-up pictures. They are the epitome of femininity and they are simply sexy. I am planning to put it in color and add a writing motto to it… Something to think about. Hmmm…
This picture is my way to glamourize the writer in me. She is a sexy, cute, intelligent, confident and creative person. Her ideas will open up a world of possibilities for herself and her readers. She is a knockout dame! One day soon, she will create a wonderful story. The kind you can’t put down until you get to the end.
She is my mascot or better yet, my alter-ego. She is working hard to learn all there is to know to prepare to write that story. She is gathering information and she needs to get organised. So many stories are floating in her head. She will soon have to sift through them and pull the right ones out.
Eventually, whatever comes out creatively will be put to good use. Just like this drawing did for me today. As a writer, it’s great to have several creative outlets. They all eventually fuel my imagination for my writing.
